PrintKit Anywhere ("PrintKit Anywhere," "the Service," "we," "us," "our") is a hosted software service operated by Big Chato's Apparel LLC, Reva, Virginia, USA ("Big Chato's Apparel"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern a merchant's ("you," "your") registration for and use of PrintKit Anywhere. By creating an account, embedding a builder, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

These Terms incorporate by reference the PrintKit Anywhere Privacy Policy and, for the processing of personal data, the PrintKit Anywhere Data Processing Addendum.

1. The Service

PrintKit Anywhere lets you add custom-product design builders to any website you control — WooCommerce, Wix, Squarespace, BigCommerce, Webflow, a raw-HTML site, or any platform that accepts an embed snippet. When one of your customers designs a product in a builder, the Service turns their design into a production-ready print file and a work ticket, and delivers the order to you as a quote in your merchant dashboard. You (not PrintKit Anywhere) contact the customer, take payment, and fulfill the job through your own systems.

PrintKit Anywhere operates in quote mode: the Service does not collect payment from your customers and is not a payment processor, marketplace, or seller of record for your customers' orders. It is a tool you use to capture and prepare custom-design orders.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old, be using the Service for business purposes, and have authority to bind your business to these Terms. You register with a shop name, an email address, and a password, and you verify your email with a one-time code. You are responsible for the accuracy of your registration details, for all activity under your account, and for keeping your password and publishable key confidential. Notify us promptly at support@printkit.tech if you suspect unauthorized use.

3. Subscriptions, billing, trial, and cancellation

Plans and pricing. PrintKit Anywhere is a subscription service billed through Stripe. Pricing is $19/month for your first builder and $12/month for each additional builder (for example: 1 builder = $19, 2 = $31, 3 = $43, 4 = $55, 5 = $67, 6 = $79). Current pricing is shown in the app on the Plan & billing page before you subscribe. Prices are in U.S. dollars and exclusive of any applicable taxes.

Free trial. New subscriptions include a 14-day free trial. No charge is made during the trial. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your subscription automatically converts to a paid subscription and your payment method is charged the then-current fee for the builders you selected.

Automatic renewal. Subscriptions are recurring and renew automatically each month (or each billing period shown at checkout) until you cancel. By subscribing, you authorize Big Chato's Apparel, through Stripe, to charge your payment method the recurring fee at the start of each billing period until you cancel.

Cancellation. You may cancel at any time from the billing portal linked in your dashboard (Plan & billing → Manage billing). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period — you keep access through the period you have already paid for, and you are not charged again after that. You can also change the number of builders on your plan at any time; changes take effect on your next billing period as reflected by Stripe.

Refunds. See Section 4.

Price changes. We may change pricing prospectively with reasonable advance notice (for example, by email or in the app). Changes do not apply to a billing period already paid, and continued use after a price change takes effect means you accept the new price.

Failed payments. If a charge fails, we may retry through Stripe and may suspend the entitlement to your builders until payment succeeds.

4. Refund and cancellation policy

Owner decision — proposed default. The refund stance below is a proposed default. Confirm or change it before publishing.

Because every new subscription includes a 14-day free trial (a try-before-you-pay window with no charge), subscription fees are non-refundable once charged, and we do not provide pro-rated refunds for partial billing periods or for time remaining after you cancel. When you cancel, you keep access through the end of the current paid period and are not billed again. Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable refund or cancellation rights you may have under applicable law.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to, and not to allow your customers to:

You are responsible for the designs your customers create through your embedded builders, for your own storefront's terms and privacy notices, and for ensuring your use of the Service complies with the terms of the website platform on which you embed it.

6. Your data, your customers' data, and intellectual property

As between you and Big Chato's Apparel, you and your customers own your designs, artwork, and customer data. You (and your customers) retain all rights to the artwork and designs created through your builders and to the customer records captured with your orders. We claim no ownership of them.

For the personal data of your customers that the Service handles on your behalf (customer name and email, order/quote details, and design files), PrintKit Anywhere acts as a data processor and you act as the data controller, as described in the Privacy Policy and the DPA. For your own merchant account information (your name, email, shop configuration, and billing records), Big Chato's Apparel acts as the controller for the purpose of providing and billing the Service.

You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display your and your customers' content solely to provide the Service to you (for example, to render previews, generate print files, and store encrypted design files for you to download). We do not use your or your customers' content for advertising, resale, profiling, or AI model training.

PrintKit Anywhere, the PrintKit name, the software, and its builders are owned by Big Chato's Apparel. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service and to embed the builders on websites you control while your subscription is active.

7. Availability, backups, and no warranty

We aim to keep PrintKit Anywhere available and we run automated, encrypted backups of app data with a restore procedure. However, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. You are responsible for retaining your own records of the orders and customer communications you fulfill outside the Service.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Big Chato's Apparel will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us for the Service in the three (3) months before the claim arose, or (b) USD $100. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Big Chato's Apparel from claims arising out of the content you or your customers submit through the Service, your fulfillment of orders, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

10. Suspension and termination

You may stop using PrintKit Anywhere at any time by canceling your subscription and closing your account. We may suspend or terminate access for a material breach of these Terms, for non-payment, or where required to protect the Service or comply with law. On account closure, your PrintKit Anywhere data is deleted following the process described in the Privacy Policy and the DPA, including destruction of your shop's encryption key (crypto-shredding).

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify merchants through the app or by email. Continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, except where mandatory consumer or data-protection law provides otherwise. Nothing in these Terms limits any non-waivable statutory rights you may have.
